ZLA-04 SERIES CROSS FLOW FILM FILL

Ziling ZLA-04 Series film fill is a hanging type & block type which incorporates highly efficient cellular drift eliminator and molded with the air inlet louver. Applicable for replacing cross flow cooling tower series of TXV/ FXT/ S3000/ FXV/ FXV/ HXI/ CXV/ HXC Field Erected.

Ziling ZLA-04 Series Cross flow PVC Fill is special structure form, not only certain stiffness, but some flexibility. Due to good elasticity, the filler would chatter under the water-drop impact effect lead to some water drop rebound to above for water redistribution. It has the advantages of direct replacement, performance enhancement, and water condition compatibility. Allow various heat loads, flow rates, water quality, and horse power combinations selections.

■ Easy core inspection : sheet by sheet without dismantling, Easy cleaning : sheet by sheet inside the tower.
■ Hanging installation without glue adhesive, ZLA-04 infill sheet designed with telescopic fill support integrated eliminators and louvers.
■ Self-extinguishing PVC material, impervious to rot and biological attack For temperatures up to 50°C.
